Abstract:
School meals are healthy meals required to meet nutrition standards limiting unhealthy fat and partition sized meals. There are more calories that come from saturated fats that schools but eliminate trans -fat. School cafeterias must offer fruits and vegetables with every serving there should be 1%milk or fat free. A variety of colorful fruits are offered each day. So that children have a healthy and well balanced meal. Everything offered should be whole grain so that children receive proper nutrients their bodies need. Even today, some processed foods contain healthier ingredients.
